Control W2812B 8x8 Matrix LED Matrix/Neopixel with Raspberry Pi

WS2812B LEDs or Neopixels in Adafruit are individually addressable LEDS that you can control through Python Code. They come in different packages. Some are in ring, matrix or strip and can be cascaded. They all can be controlled through your Python Code. In this project we are gonna be using this library to control our WS2812B LED https://github.com/rm-hull/luma.led_matrix This library exposes Pillow-compatible drawing canvas, and other functionality so it is like controlling your hardware like how you draw images in your canvas.
